Payment Plans Guide Lines:

non-refundable $50.00pp upon reservation & deposit is made (not cover by travel protections)

Forms of payment cash, personal checks, money orders and credit cards (no third party credit cards) along with reservation form completed in full

Credit Cards on file will automatically be debit on schedule dates below

must have the minimum amount in house every payment date to have your hold on you cabin

once final payment date has past any booking without payment in full forfeit their non-refundable deposit and reservation will be canceled

any payments received after final payment will have $50.00pp applied to invoice per week late

Payment Schedule:

Deposit $50.00 non refundable once applied to booking ASAP

2nd deposit: June 19, 2009 $100.00 per person

FINAL BALANCE DUE SEPT 18, 2009

Penalties:

reminder any and all credit cards on file will automatically be debit to keep up with above payment dates

total deposit $50.00pp is non-refundable upon booking

any booking cancel after June 19, 2009 $150.00 per person non-refundable

any booking cancel after August 21, 2009 is %50 non-refundable

any booking cancel after Oct. 1, 2009 is %100 non-refundable

any invoice with open balance at final payment date will have a late fee applied $50.00pp per week and forfeits deposit and penalty fee and loss of cabin reservation

payment must be made in full no exception cancellation will be automatically apply at final payment if there is open balance.
